Paul has been in recruitment since 2001 and has extensive experience across a variety of sectors and businesses for both contract / temporary and permanent recruitment across all levels and specialisms of IT, Technology and Digital Marketing.
This experience has allowed Paul to develop a deep understanding of the specialist markets, local trends, how IT, Technology and Digital Marketing works within an organisation and how finding the right person is key. Coupled with this knowledge he possesses an extensive network of candidates and clients some of which he has worked with for many years.
